Tadqiqot uchun olingan g‘o‘za namunalari va F1 duragaylarning tola uzunligi belgisining irsiylanishi va ko‘rsatkichlari tahlili

Ushbu tadqiqotda O‘zbekiston sharoitida yetishtiriladigan g‘o‘za (Gossypium hirsutum L.) navlari (Namangan-77, Andijon-35, G‘olib, Qizil baraka), yovvoyi tur G.mustelinum Miers ex Watt va geksaploid T-85 liniyasi asosida olingan F1 duragaylarning tola uzunligi belgisining irsiylanishi, o‘zgaruvchanligi va dominantlik darajasi o‘rganildi. Ota-ona shakllarida tola uzunligi 24,7 mm (G.mustelinum) dan 39,1 mm (T-85) gacha o‘zgarishi kuzatildi. F1 duragaylarda o‘zaro va bosqichma-bosqich chatishtirish natijasida heterozisning musbat va salbiy ko‘rinishlari aniqlandi. Onaviy ta’sirning ahamiyati past bo‘lib, tola uzunligi belgisining shakllanishida otalik yoki onalik shaklining roli katta emasligi isbotlandi. Eng yuqori ko‘rsatkichlar F1 (Namangan-77 × Andijon-35) × T-85 (37,5 mm), F1 Namangan-77 × T-85 (36,6 mm), F1 Qizil baraka × G‘olib (35,9 mm) duragaylarida qayd etildi. Dominantlik koeffitsienti (hp) -11,5 dan +4,5 gacha o‘zgarib, ko‘pincha oraliq va kuchli dominantlik yoki heterozis kuzatildi. Tadqiqot natijalari tola uzunligini yaxshilashga qaratilgan seleksiya ishlarida yuqori samarali duragaylarni tanlash uchun asos bo‘lib, O‘zbekistonning paxta sanoati talablariga javob beradigan yangi navlar yaratishda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Statistik tahlil B.A.Dospexov usuli va G.M.Beil, R.E.Atkins formulalari asosida o‘tkazildi.
