Ushbu maqola bola huquqlarini himoya qilish sohasidagi xalqaro huquqiy standartlarning mazmuni va ularning O'zbekiston milliy huquq tizimiga implementatsiya qilinishini tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqotda bola manfaatlari ustuvorligi tamoyilining normativ asoslari, xalqaro hujjatlar va milliy qonunchilikdagi aks etishi o'rganildi. Shuningdek, ushbu tamoyilni qo'llashdagi muammolar aniqlanib, ularni bartaraf etish bo'yicha ilmiy takliflar ishlab chiqildi.
