Abstract

This article examines the evolution of bilateral relations between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the United States of America from 1991 to 2025. The study analyzes the transformational dynamics of cooperation, shifting from regional security and counter-terrorism engagement toward an expanded strategic, trade, and economic partnership. Special attention is devoted to the institutional role of the "Expanded Strategic Partnership Dialogue," Uzbekistan's WTO accession process supported by Washington, and the diversification of joint investment projects in energy, critical minerals, and transport infrastructure within the framework of the "C5+1" regional platform.
