This dissertation investigates the effective use of digital technologies in dairy processing enterprises in the Republic of Uzbekistan, with particular emphasis on improving management processes and enhancing operational efficiency. It also examines the challenges associated with data collection, storage, processing, analysis, and presentation, highlighting the need for more efficient information resource management and improved decision-making processes. The aim of the research is to develop scientific proposals and practical recommendations for improving management activities and increasing production efficiency in dairy processing enterprises through the effective application of digital technologies. Particular attention is given to the implementation of digital technologies in enterprise operations, the optimization of data management processes, and the utilization of digital transformation opportunities in the dairy industry. The scientific and practical significance of the research lies in developing proposals and recommendations for improving the application of digital technologies, increasing management efficiency, and strengthening the competitiveness of dairy processing enterprises. The findings of the dissertation can be used to support digital transformation initiatives and improve management systems in food processing enterprises.
