Mazkur tezisda yoshlarda emotsional intellektni rivojlantirishning psixologik asoslari ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Emotsional intellekt shaxsning o‘z his-tuyg‘ularini anglash, boshqarish hamda boshqalar emotsiyalarini to‘g‘ri idrok etish qobiliyati sifatida muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Tadqiqotda yoshlik davrining psixologik xususiyatlari, emotsional barqarorlikni shakllantirish omillari hamda ijtimoiy muhitning ta’siri keng yoritiladi. Shuningdek, emotsional intellektni rivojlantirishning samarali usullari, jumladan, refleksiya, empatiya va kommunikativ ko‘nikmalarni shakllantirish mexanizmlari asoslab beriladi. Natijada, emotsional intellektning rivojlanishi yoshlarning shaxsiy kamoloti, ijtimoiy moslashuvi va muvaffaqiyatga erishishida muhim omil ekanligi ilmiy jihatdan asoslanadi.
