This thesis analyzes the psychological foundations of developing emotional intelligence in youth from a scientific and theoretical perspective. Emotional intelligence plays a crucial role as an individual’s ability to recognize, understand, and manage their own emotions, as well as to perceive and interpret the emotions of others accurately. The study highlights the psychological characteristics of adolescence, factors influencing emotional stability, and the impact of the social environment. Furthermore, effective methods for developing emotional intelligence, including reflection, empathy, and communication skills, are substantiated. As a result, the development of emotional intelligence is proven to be a key factor in personal growth, social adaptation, and achieving success among young people.
