The introduction discusses the relevance and global context, methods involve literature review and statistical data, results present findings and tables, and discussion offers international experience and recommendations in the Uzbek context. The article balances the beneficial aspects of AI while evaluating the risks of addiction and outlines future research directions. Addiction to artificial intelligence (AI) is a serious issue in modern technological progress, potentially negatively affecting human psychology, social relations, and societal development.
