This article analyzes the grammatical and semantic characteristics of auxiliary verbs that occupy a unique place in Arabic linguistics, specifically focusing on the category of "deficient" verbs. The study elucidates the role of Kana in expressing tense, aspect, and state changes within a sentence, based on both classical and modern linguistic perspectives. The research explores how these verbs transform the structure of nominal sentences, affecting the mubtada (subject) and khabar (predicate), and discusses their significance in conveying continuity, negation, and situational shifts in classical Arabic texts.
