Abstract

This article discusses the problem of internal dialogue and negative thinking from the perspective of social psychology. The reasons for the formation of negative thinking and its impact on the mental state of a person are analyzed. Also, the mechanisms for overcoming negative internal dialogue are described in a simple and understandable way.
