Abstract

The article reveals the features of the professional activity of teachers of preschool educational organizations in the context of the technologization of the educational process. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the research, including systemic, activity-based, competence-based and environmental approaches, are considered. Based on the analysis of foreign and domestic experience (Scandinavia, Singapore, Great Britain, South Korea, the Republic of Uzbekistan), models of technologization of preschool education and their impact on the professional functions of teachers have been identified. The key areas of transformation of the professional activities of preschool teachers are identified: changing the functional and role structure, developing digital and information and communication competencies, and developing readiness for innovation. Psychological and pedagogical barriers to technologization have been identified and pedagogical conditions have been identified that ensure the effectiveness of technology implementation in the educational process. The conclusion is made about the need for scientific and methodological support for teachers and the formation of a system of continuous professional development in the context of digital transformation of education.
