Abstract

This article analyzes the spiritual-philosophical, social, and legal foundations for ensuring human rights and freedoms in the new edition of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan. From a scientific and theoretical perspective, the consolidation in constitutional norms of such concepts as the recognition of human dignity as the highest value, justice, freedom, the rule of law, social solidarity, and moral responsibility is examined. The organic interconnection between law and spirituality, as well as the constitutional consolidation of spiritual factors in the development of the state and society, is substantiated.
