PROCEDURE FOR CONCLUDING AN INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT AND ITS LEGAL FEATURES

This article comprehensively analyzes the procedure for concluding an individual employment contract and its legal features based on the labor legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.The employment contract is assessed as the main legal basis of labor relations between an employee and an employer, and its content, form, mandatory and additional conditions, as well as the stages of conclusion are covered. The article analyzes the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Labor Code, other normative legal acts on labor, judicial practice and scientific sources. In addition, a brief comparative legal analysis with the experience of Russia, Kazakhstan, Germany and France is carried out, and some positive aspects that serve to improve national legislation are highlighted.
