Abstract

The article analyzes the relevance, theoretical foundations, and practical aspects of developing the creative competence of primary school teachers in the context of modern education. It reveals the essence of the concept of creativity, its role in personal development, and its significance in pedagogical activity. Based on the scientific views of foreign scholars such as J. Guilford, E. Torrance, T. Amabile, as well as local researchers, the factors influencing the development of creative thinking—particularly motivation, a free learning environment, and innovative approaches—are highlighted.
