This article examines modern approaches to effective management of public-private partnership projects in the preschool education system. Special attention is given to the implementation of digital technologies, improvement of risk management systems, ensuring transparency and accountability, and strengthening cooperation between public and private sectors. Based on the analysis, practical recommendations are proposed to enhance the efficiency of PPP project management in preschool education.
