This article analyzes the impact of globalization processes on national security and the priority directions for combating transboundary threats within the framework of the "Uzbekistan — 2030" strategy. The study scientifically substantiates the issues of forming ideological immunity and improving the legal framework based on international standards in preventing threats such as cybercrime, religious extremism, and information attacks. Based on the analysis, proposals for new legal mechanisms to ensure the security of the state and society are put forward.
