The primary objective of this research is to increase energy efficiency and economic performance indicators by implementing automatic pressure and flow control systems in industrial water filtration processes. The study analyzes the possibilities of optimizing pump units using variable frequency drives (VFD) and programmable logic controllers (PLC), rational resource utilization, and reducing production costs. Economically, automatic pressure control algorithms serve to reduce electricity consumption and extend the operational life of equipment. The research also provides an economic analysis of how monopolies in the high-efficiency pump and automation equipment market influence price formation and suggests ways to foster a competitive environment in the industrial sector.
