FOREIGN EXPERIENCES IN EVALUATING THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF CLUSTERS IN THE TOURISM SECTOR SERVICE INDUSTRIES

This article analyzes the socio-economic effectiveness of the clustering
approach in the development of service networks in the field of tourism, as well as the
experience of foreign countries. In particular, mechanisms for the organization of clusters
based on systemic, geographical, socio-cultural, competitive, supply and SMART models
are studied, which are used in the formation of tourist destinations. In particular, in the
practice of France, Germany, the European Union, Singapore and other advanced
countries, tourism services are managed through digitized clusters, achieving positive
changes in socio-economic indicators such as territorial economic growth, employment of
local residents, quality of services and export of services.
