This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the criminal-legal nature of offenses related to cryptoassets, their structural elements, and contemporary legal challenges. The rapid development of blockchain technology and the expansion of digital financial instruments have contributed to the emergence of new forms of criminal activity. The study classifies cryptoasset-related crimes and provides an in-depth legal assessment of their objective and subjective elements. It also examines the relationship between such crimes and existing criminal law provisions, highlighting practical application issues. A comparative legal analysis of foreign jurisdictions is conducted, substantiating the need for improvement of national legislation. The findings aim to support the development of legal regulation in the field of cryptoassets.
