This article scientifically analyzes the concept, content, and sources of formation of civil procedural law. It highlights the role of civil procedural law in society and its importance in protecting the rights and legitimate interests of citizens through the courts. The article also explains the main principles, sources, and modern stages of development of civil procedural law. In addition, it examines current issues of improving civil procedural legislation in the context of judicial and legal reforms.
