This article examines the growing role of digital technologies in the lives of preschool children, their positive and negative impact on child development, and the responsibilities of parents and educators in creating a safe and effective digital environment. The paper also provides recommendations for developing digital culture among children and regulating screen time in a balanced and age-appropriate manner.
