This article analyses the international integration capacity of the Veterinary Automated Information System (VAAT) of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study examines the experience of the integration channel with the veterinary system of the Kyrgyz Republic, operating since January 2025, as well as the process of planned integration with the Russian Federation. The article discusses the role of the preliminary (pre-arrival) information exchange mechanism in shifting border veterinary control from a “reactive” to a “proactive” approach, the composition of the data transmitted, the place of this experience within international practice, and its practical and theoretical relevance for the cognitive risk-analysis model.
