This article examines the development of the Uzbek language in the context of globalization and the rapid advancement of information technologies. Particular attention is paid to the role of the Uzbek language in the digital environment and its use on the Internet, social media, e-learning platforms, and artificial intelligence systems. The article analyzes the main challenges hindering the active development of Uzbek in the digital space, including the dominance of international languages, the limited availability of scientific and technological resources in Uzbek, and the increasing use of mixed languages among young people. The author emphasizes the importance of adapting modern technologies to the Uzbek language and expanding its use across digital platforms. The article concludes that the development of Uzbek in the digital environment is essential for preserving national identity and strengthening the role of the language in the modern information society.
