Abstract

This chapter addresses the issue of enhancing the effectiveness of compensatory-developmental hours (CDH) in primary grades. It analyzes the significance of CDH, existing challenges, and strategies for their resolution. The research particularly focuses on improving teachers' professional qualifications, applying modern pedagogical technologies, and integrating efficiency principles into education. Specifically, considerations for adapting the 5E inquiry approach, capabilities of continuous professional development platforms (onlinedu.uz), and principles of enhancing enterprise efficiency to the educational domain are discussed. Finally, practical recommendations for increasing CDH effectiveness and future research directions are outlined.
