This article explores the theoretical and pedagogical foundations for organizing effective educational processes for children who require long-term medical treatment due to health conditions. The study examines the psychological and physical characteristics of this group of learners, their educational needs, and the pedagogical strategies applied in teaching practice. Special emphasis is placed on the role of individualized instruction, inclusive education, distance learning technologies, and hospitalbased pedagogy in ensuring continuity and quality of education.
