This article analyzes the components of professional motivation for teachers in the context of teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL) and its impact on the quality of education. The study explores intrinsic and extrinsic factors that shape teacher motivation, particularly the need for self-development, the work environment, and social recognition. Furthermore, specific challenges faced by EFL teachers and effective ways of using motivational strategies to overcome them are scientifically substantiated.
