This article analyzes the transformation of professional motivation among teachers of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) in the context of globalization and digital technologies. The study highlights the internal and external motivational factors that determine the professional activity of teachers, specifically focusing on digital competence and methodological adaptability. The article presents scientific proposals for maintaining stable teacher motivation and preventing professional burnout.
