This article analyzes the pedagogical foundations for developing time-management skills among general school leaders. The study examines the importance of effective time management in educational management systems, factors affecting leadership activities, and pedagogical mechanisms for developing time-management skills. In addition, the impact of strategic planning, prioritization of tasks, modern digital technologies, and innovative management approaches on leadership effectiveness is substantiated.
