This article investigates the problem of developing the professional didactic competence of future female teachers in the higher education system. During the research, pedagogical components and criteria serving to improve the professional training of future female teachers were developed. The results of the experimental work conducted among female students of higher education institutions were analyzed mathematically and statistically using Spearman's rank correlation coefficient. As a result of the research, the effectiveness of the proposed didactic model based on a systematic approach was proved.
