Abstract

In this article, the impact of the introduction of innovative technologies in
the tourism sector on the competitiveness of enterprises is scientifically analyzed. During
the study, the role of modern technologies such as digital platforms, artificial intelligence,
mobile applications, online booking systems, and smart services in improving service
quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience was studied. Empirical analysis
shows that innovative solutions reduce the costs of tourism enterprises, expand marketing
opportunities, and strengthen competitive advantages in the market. Based on the results,
practical recommendations have been developed for the effective implementation of
innovative technologies at domestic tourism enterprises.
