Abstract

This article examines the effectiveness of the methodology for preparing boxers in a one-year training cycle. Based on data from Scopus and Elsevier journals, it analyzes the impact of methods such as periodization, high-intensity interval training, muscle strength enhancement, and hypoxic training on boxers' physical condition, punch force, and endurance. Studies show that rational load distribution and individualized approaches increase the effectiveness of the annual cycle, although research on female boxers is insufficient.
