This article is devoted to the study of interpolation sequences in matrix domains of the second type. The formulation of interpolation problems in spaces of matrix-valued functions, as well as the conditions for the existence and uniqueness of solutions, are investigated. The main properties of second-type interpolation sequences, their role in normed spaces, and theoretical and practical applications are analyzed. The obtained results are significant for solving problems in functional and complex analysis.
