Abstract

This article examines the issues of professional stress and emotional burnout among preschool educators in the process of interaction with parents. The study analyzes the causes of these conditions, their impact on pedagogical activity, and effective ways of prevention and reduction. The findings indicate that ensuring psychological stability and establishing effective communication with parents are essential factors in reducing stress levels.
