Abstract

This article investigates the role and practical potential of Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as Moodle, Google Classroom, and emis-prof.edu.uz, in developing students' information literacy and project-based design skills in professional and higher education. The methodology for searching, filtering, critically analyzing information, and implementing project-based learning (PBL) within a digital educational environment is highlighted. The paper incorporates a comprehensive review of international and national literature, relevant in-text citations, practical case studies, functional classification of LMS resources, as well as proposed educational quality monitoring and evaluation criteria aligned with the ISO 21001:2018 standard.
